At Kazimierskie Wzgórza Winery, we also produce seasonal and limited-edition wine ranges, which are developed as original projects — creative, bold and going beyond the traditional approach to winemaking. These are wines born of exploration, experimentation and the energy of a particular vintage, and over time they have become our signature speciality.

Each limited edition tells its own story — one of style, emotion and an interpretation of the terroir. A prime example is the TRIO collection, in which three distinct wines come together to form a cohesive vintage, showcasing the many facets of the Kazimierz Hills. The modern and stylistically bold Festival White and Festival Red wines were created in a similar spirit.

Another key element of our philosophy is the projects we develop in collaboration with partners and brands that share our sensitivity to history and flavour. This is how the ‘Legends of the Cities’ range came about, featuring the Bazyliszek and Syrenka wines, created for Darwin, as well as the Kogut Biały and Kogut Czerwony, developed in collaboration with Piekarnia Sarzyński. Each of these wines has its own narrative, identity and unique character.

Our special editions are unique, bold and often experimental, yet deeply rooted in the terroir. They are produced in small batches — for connoisseurs, collectors and wine lovers who seek surprise, authenticity and new flavour experiences in a bottle.
